Terms of Service

1. Who we are

RayaStats is the trading name of Iliya Oblakov, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom. “We”, “us” and “our” mean RayaStats. “You” means the business that buys the service. You can reach us at iliyaoblakov@gmail.com.

2. What we sell

We sell fixed-price digital audits of how a local business appears in AI engines, search results and online listings. The packages are:

• AI Visibility Full Audit: $497, delivered in 3 business days.
• AI Visibility Audit + Fix Kit: $997, delivered in 5 business days.

What each package includes is listed on the AI Visibility Audit page. The package description on that page at the time you pay forms part of these terms. Everything is delivered digitally: a PDF report and, where your package includes them, a recorded video walkthrough, ready-to-use text and code, an online call and a re-test. Nothing is shipped.

3. Business customers

Our audits are services for businesses. By buying, you confirm that you are buying for a business and not as a private consumer. If you are a consumer anyway, you keep every right the law gives you that cannot be excluded.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are paid in full, upfront, as a one-time payment. There is no subscription. If any tax applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If your card is not in US dollars, your bank may charge a conversion fee, which is outside our control.

5. Delivery

• Within 1 business day of your payment, we email you a short intake questionnaire from iliyaoblakov@gmail.com.
• The delivery time for your package starts on the business day after we receive your complete answers.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales.
• We deliver by email, to the address you used at checkout unless you ask us to use another one.
• If we cannot get the details we need from you within 30 days of your payment, we refund you in full and close the order.

For the Audit + Fix Kit, we arrange the 30-minute call by email at a time that suits us both, and we run the re-test about 30 days after we deliver the report and email you the results.

6. Your part

Please give us accurate information about your business and tell us which location to audit. We do not need, and will never ask for, passwords or access to your accounts.

7. What an audit is, and what it is not

• The report records what AI engines, search results and listings showed on the dates we checked. AI answers change often and differ by location, device and account, so what you see on another day may be different.
• We do not guarantee that your business will appear, or rank in any position, in AI answers, search results or maps. Nobody outside those companies controls them.
• The report gives recommendations. You decide which fixes to make, and you or your developer make them, unless you hire us separately to do the work.
• The audit covers online visibility only. It is not medical, legal, regulatory or financial advice, and it does not review your treatments, claims or compliance.
• AI engines and other third-party services are not ours, and we are not responsible for what they say.

8. Guarantee and refunds

If your report is late, or it contains fewer than 10 specific, prioritized fixes, you get a full refund and you keep the report. The details, and what happens if you cancel, are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

9. Website build credit

The audit fee you paid, and did not get back as a refund, is credited toward a RayaStats website build if you order one within 60 days of receiving your report. Ordering means accepting our written quote and paying its first invoice within that time. The credit is used once, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another business.

10. Launch offer

Our first 3 clients can buy the Full Audit for $197 instead of $497, in exchange for an honest testimonial.

• You get exactly the same Full Audit as at the standard price, with the same guarantee.
• After delivery, we ask you for a short testimonial in your own words. It can be positive or critical: we never ask for, or reward, a positive one, and we do not change its meaning.
• We publish it only with your approval of the wording and of how you are named, and we say that you received a launch discount.
• If all launch places are taken by the time you pay, we tell you and refund you in full, or you can pay the difference to the standard price.

11. Your report and our methods

Once you have paid, you may use the report and everything else we deliver for your own business, including sharing it with your staff, your developer or your marketing agency. You may not resell it. We keep the rights to our methods, templates and tools.

We may use anonymized, combined findings, for example “most med spas we checked had no structured data”. We never name your business or publish your report without your permission.

12. Confidentiality

We treat the information you give us, and your report, as confidential. We share it only with the services we need to run the business, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Liability

We do the work with reasonable skill and care. If we get something wrong, tell us and we will correct it. Our total liability for any claim about an audit is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, clients or opportunities, or for the results of changes made on the basis of the report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you pay applies to your order.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Before anything formal, please email us: most problems are solved in one reply.
