Two Engines Kit: Purchase and Refund Terms
Last updated
These terms apply when you buy Two Engines Kit by RayaStats. They are short on purpose. Read them before you pay, and keep the copy that ships inside the download as TERMS.md.
Product details and the current price: Two Engines Kit by RayaStats.
1. Who sells it and how to reach us
Two Engines Kit is sold by RayaStats. "We", "us" and "our" mean RayaStats. "You" means the person or business buying the kit. Support: iliya@rayastats.com. Product page: https://rayastats.com/en/two-engines-kit.
2. What you buy
Two Engines Kit by RayaStats is a downloadable digital product: configuration files, Bash and Python scripts, hook scripts, templates and a guide (GUIDE.md) for people who use Claude Code and Codex. The current version is 1.0.2.
Nothing is shipped. No physical item, hosted service, memory server, AI engine subscription or setup service is included. The product page and the README.md inside the download describe what the kit does and what it needs. That description, as it stands when you pay, forms part of these terms.
3. Price and payment
$29 for the first 30 sales, then $39. The price is in US dollars, paid once, through Stripe. There is no subscription.
Your card details go to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. After a successful payment you are taken to your order confirmation page, where you start the download. If the redirect fails, email support from the address you used at checkout and we send you the link to that page.
4. Licence
- You may use the kit on any number of your own machines, for your own work and your team's work.
- You may change every file to fit your projects.
- You may keep using the version you have for as long as you like.
- You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publish the kit or a changed copy of it, in whole or in part, free or paid.
- You may not share the download link, the zip or the private update repository with people outside your team.
- You may not remove the licence from the files.
The full licence is LICENSE.md in the download. A refund ends your licence and removes update access.
5. Immediate delivery and the EU and UK right to withdraw
If you buy as a consumer in the EU or the UK, the law normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content that is not on a physical medium, that right ends when delivery starts, provided you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right.
Step 1, at checkout: you tick Stripe's required box, "I agree to RayaStats's Terms of Service.", which accepts these terms. You cannot pay without it. Step 2, after payment, on your order confirmation page and before the download starts: you are asked to tick a second box, "I request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right to withdraw once the download starts." The Download button stays disabled until you tick it. If you do not tick it and do not download, email support within 14 days of your payment and you get a full refund.
This does not affect your rights about faulty or misdescribed digital content, or any other right that cannot be excluded by law. The refund policy below is in addition to those rights.
6. When you get a refund
For a kit that does not work, is not as described, or a duplicate charge, tell us within 7 days of purchase. After the download starts, there is no refund for a change of mind. The 14-day refund before consent and download in section 5 still applies.
- It will not install. Email your operating system and the error, with secrets removed. If we cannot get it working within 3 days of your report, you get a full refund.
- It is not as described. The zip is broken, files are missing, or the kit does not match the product page and README.md.
- You were charged twice by accident. The duplicate charge is refunded.
A refund is made through Stripe to the payment method you used. One refund per person. A refund ends your licence and your access to updates.
7. When the refund policy does not apply
- You changed your mind after the download started, or you already knew the material.
- Your setup is not one the product page supports: native Windows outside WSL, or AI engines other than Claude Code and Codex.
- Your request arrives more than 7 days after purchase.
- A chargeback is already open for the payment. That payment is then handled through the dispute process.
These limits apply only to the fault-based policy in section 6. They do not limit the refund in section 5 or any remedy the law gives you.
8. Support
Email iliya@rayastats.com for installation errors, missing files or download trouble. Include the email you used at checkout, your operating system and the error, with secrets removed. Support covers getting the kit installed and running as described. It is not a setup, consulting or coding service.
9. Updates
If you give a GitHub username at checkout, you get read access to a private repository with updates. We may withdraw that access after a refund. You can keep using the version you bought. We promise no schedule for future releases.
10. Requirements and your responsibility
Read README.md before installing. The full workflow needs signed-in Claude Code and Codex CLIs, Bash 4 or newer, Python 3.9 or newer, git and diff. The merge scripts need the GitHub CLI. WSL2, Linux and macOS are supported by design; the original build was tested on WSL2 with Ubuntu 24.04. Native Windows is not supported. The optional memory module needs your own compatible memory server.
The kit is provided as is, without warranty, to the extent the law allows. The installer shows every change first, asks before applying it and backs up every file it replaces or creates; uninstall.sh restores the recorded state. You remain responsible for your configuration, your repositories and anything your AI engines do with these rules and scripts. To the extent permitted by law, RayaStats is not liable for any damage arising from use of the kit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
11. Third-party products
Claude Code and Codex are products of other companies. The kit describes compatibility with them and is not endorsed by their makers. OB1, the open source memory server the optional module was built against, is a separate project under its own licence and is not included.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you pay applies to your purchase. A copy ships inside the download as TERMS.md.
