Nano Atlas privacy

What we keep when you ask for a pack
Your email address, which resource you asked for, when you asked and how many times, when you confirmed the address with the button on the pack page, when we last emailed you, and how many times you downloaded the zip.
If you came through a link with campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content), we keep those too, so we know which video or post sent you.
If you turn on the optional emails about new resources on the pack page, we keep when you did. They are off unless you turn them on.
We do not keep your name, IP address or browser details. Each email sent leaves a short record of who it went to and when, as all mail from rayastats.com does.
What it is used for
Sending you the confirmation link and giving you the pack. If you turned them on, an email when a new Nano Atlas resource is out. Nano Atlas is a separate list from the Bulgarian AI WEEKLY bulletin on rayastats.com: asking for a pack here does not sign you up for it, and signing up there does not give you a Nano Atlas pack. We do not sell your address or use it for anything else.
Legal basis
Your consent, given with the checkbox on the request form, and for the update emails with the button on the pack page. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is stored
In the RayaStats database, hosted by Hetzner Online in Germany. Emails are sent through Mailgun, which processes your address to deliver the message.
How long
If you never confirm, we delete the request after 30 days.
When you remove your address, the pack link stops working and the update emails stop. We keep the address, the resource, the dates and the counts, so a new request has to be confirmed again and our sending limits still apply. If you want all of it deleted, write to us.
How to remove your address
Use the link at the end of the email we sent you, or write to iliya@rayastats.com.
Visits
Page visits are counted by the first-party log of rayastats.com: no cookies, no stored IP address, and a visitor fingerprint that changes every day. Only the page path is recorded, never the private link in the address bar.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, a correction or deletion at iliya@rayastats.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the data protection authority where you live.
